Oh Amelia

The girls come up with some of the funniest things and we often don't know where they hear the phrases they say.

The other day Mike was outside cleaning his road bike. He hadn't cleaned it since he bought it and it needed some extra attention. This is the conversation that followed:

Amelia: Whatcha doing?
Mike: Cleaning my bike.
Amelia: Why?
Mike: Because it's dirty.
Amelia: Why?
Mike: Because it needs to be cleaned and I have been to lazy to do it.
Amelia: Ha, Ha! I've heard that story before.

She is a goof and I never know what they are going to say next. Some minutes I want to sell them and the next I don't want them to grow up. They really are at a fun age.
